Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. You're signed out everywhere immediately, and the account enters a 30-day grace period.

For 30 days, signing back in fully restores everything. After that, your profile is anonymized (name, phone, bio, avatar, and interests cleared) - your posts and comments stay up, just attributed to "Deleted user."

Delulu doesn't currently have a separate deactivate-only option - requesting deletion in Settings is also how you pause your account, since signing back in within 30 days cancels it and restores everything exactly as it was.
