These Terms govern your use of Delulu, operated by Nov Square ("we," "us"), in [Jurisdiction - to be finalized]. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Delulu. If we determine an account belongs to someone under that age, we may suspend or remove it.

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your phone number secure, since it's how you sign in. Impersonating another person or creating an account for someone else without permission isn't allowed.

You agree not to post or do any of the following on Delulu:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or hateful content directed at people or groups.
• Impersonation of another person, brand, or Delulu itself.
• Sexual content involving minors, or any sexual exploitation.
• Illegal content, or content promoting illegal activity.
• Spam, automated posting/voting, or bulk account creation.
• Manipulating votes, follower counts, or engagement - including coordinated or fake-account voting.
• Scraping the service or attempting to circumvent rate limits or access controls.

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give us a license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of operating Delulu (for example, showing it in feeds, on profiles, and in link previews when a post is shared). You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.

You can report a post, comment, or user, and block anyone. We review reports against our Community Guidelines and may remove content, warn, temporarily restrict, or suspend an account, up to permanent removal, depending on severity.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms. You can delete your own account at any time from Settings - see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data when you do.

Delulu is provided "as is." We aim to keep it available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and features may change as the product evolves.

To the extent permitted by law, Delulu and Nov Square aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update the service or these Terms as Delulu develops. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
